Merit-Based Pay: If you are a 2PQE Lawyer performing at the level of a 6PQE Lawyer, you will be doing the work of a 6PQE Lawyer and be compensated accordingly.

Unlimited Progression: Your remuneration progression has no limits and is entirely based on your performance and contributions.
