About Claudia

Claudia is authentic and strategic with a passion for developing meaningful relationships with clients and an ability to deliver results in complex legal cases. Skilled in connecting with clients, Claudia can mitigate client legal risks through a deep understanding of their legal issues and strong negotiation abilities.

A background as a journalist and a reputational risk advisor to Politicians and publicly listed companies has given Claudia a unique perspective of the media landscape. Claudia thinks laterally when crafting solutions for clients that transcend the confines of the Court room and extend into the public sphere.

Claudia is completing her Bachelor of Law/Media (Communications and Journalism) at UNSW and looks forward to being admitted as a solicitor in 2024.

  • Advising high-profile individuals on strategies in defamation to safeguard their reputation or counter allegations of defamation including sending successful Concerns Notices to prevent further publication of defamatory material and responding to media inquiries about clients to prevent further harm to their reputation.

  • Assisting international corporations to navigate Australian advertising regulations to ensure compliance with legislative frameworks.

  • Advising company executives on enforceability of shareholder contracts and reviewing executive employment agreements to protect client interests.

  • Preparing evidence and drafting Affidavits, Statements of Claim, Pleadings and Particulars within complex litigation in the Federal Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Australia.
