Her career began at a prominent South African law firm, where she first served as a Client Liaison Officer, building strong client relationships through clear communication and service excellence. She later transitioned into the role of Brand Manager, where she was responsible for shaping the firm’s visual identity and strategic messaging.
These experiences gave Danielle a deep understanding of how to align brand presence with client expectations—an approach she brings to her work at BlackBay. She oversees the firm’s marketing and communications strategy, manages its digital platforms, and ensures that every aspect of the brand reflects BlackBay’s core values.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Dynamics from Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
