About Adam
Adam is a dedicated member of the BlackBay team with interests in commercial litigation, regulatory matters, employment law, and emerging technologies. He brings a commercially focused and pragmatic approach to legal work, supported by a professional background in emergency response, stakeholder management, and operational risk management.
Prior to joining BlackBay Lawyers, Adam gained experience across commercial, property, and dispute-related matters through his work in legal practice, where he assisted with legal research, drafting, and advisory work. He also worked closely with businesses, operational stakeholders, and regulators, including the NSW EPA, in relation to incident response, compliance, and risk management matters. This experience provides Adam with an appreciation of both the commercial realities faced by businesses and the importance of practical, solutions-focused advice.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Dean's Scholar) from the University of Wollongong. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and the evolving regulatory challenges facing modern businesses and professionals.
