About Jorge
Jorge is a Graduate at Law, with a strong foundation in corporate and commercial advisory specifically within the areas of, mergers and acquisitions, trust law, and commercial litigation. He is dedicated to becoming more than just an expert in the law, but to also be a trusted adviser who truly appreciates what is at stake for each and every client whilst consistently delivering the highest quality commercial advice.
Combining both a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (major in Human Resource Management) from the University of New South Wales, Jorge brings a unique blend of legal precision and a people focused approach to his work.
Prior to joining BlackBay Lawyers, Jorge developed this exposure as a paralegal to large corporate transactions, complex trust structures and a variety of commercial disputes. He is passionate about applying these foundations to help clients achieve their best possible outcomes
