Known for her thoughtful and pragmatic approach, Olivia builds strong, trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues. She supports matters across employment law, defamation, and commercial litigation, contributing thoughtfully at every stage of a dispute.

 

Holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, Olivia combines her legal knowledge with a strong commercial foundation which allows her to assess risk, think strategically, and deliver well-rounded, practical advice.

 

Prior to joining BlackBay Lawyers, Olivia gained experience in commercial litigation, which has shaped her ability to approach complex issues with precision, and a focus on achieving effective outcomes for clients.
