About Raymon
Raymon is a Partner with nearly 20 years’ experience in dispute resolution and litigation. He has a real passion for deeply understanding the issues from a client perspective to inform case strategy, options for early commercial resolution, to shorten dispute periods and to improve overall outcomes.
Raymon has managed and resolved many large claims to recover tens of millions of dollars of financial provision, damages, repairs and costs for his clients. Raymon has experience in complex and sensitive claims including building defects, strata, deceased estates, contracts, negligence, institutional abuse, commercial disputes, property damage, insurance, indemnity, personal injury, and general advice. Raymon has extensive court room and advocacy experience across many State and Federal Courts and Tribunals and is an expert dispute resolution practitioner. He prides himself on promoting superior stakeholder relationships through regular, meaningful and accessible communication.
Raymon’s expertise and reputation have led to many key appointments such as the Court requesting that he act for parties, acting for senior partners of other law firms, and both Executive Counsellor and Secretary of the NSW Law Society committee of Young Lawyers. He has held positions on boards and advisory committees for charities, not-for-profits and industry bodies including the NSW Law Society Ethics Committee and the Solicitors Benevolent Association Trust. He has advised and appeared in Royal Commissions, Special Commissions of Enquiry and coronial enquiries. His implementation of strategies from various areas of law has been instrumental in securing great outcomes for clients in their time of need and resulted in strong relationships of trust, loyalty and collaboration.

Interim and final resolutions for payment of damages, repair works, warranties, current and future legal and expert cost reimbursement, expert determination, step-in rights and cost assessment. Securing tens of millions of dollars of repair works, damages and costs, by way of early resolution to reduce the duration and strain of the dispute.
