Prior to joining BlackBay, Sophie served as an Operations Manager at a mid-sized law firm where she was instrumental in supporting the firm by managing key functions such as HR systems, recruitment, quality control, IT, and financial oversight.

 

Sophie’s diverse background spans across legal, technology, and education sectors, with prior roles as Operations Manager and Executive Officer, where she excelled in managing cross-functional teams and implementing effective HR and project management systems. Her adaptability and strong communication skills allow her to work seamlessly across all levels of an organisation, building rapport with both internal staff and external stakeholders.
